Hotel Le Beauvallon, Grimaud
Modular luxury and wellness center

Located in the bay of Saint Tropez, Hotel Beauvallon is undergoing renovation and is planning an extension to offer guests spa treatments and relaxation in a luxurious setting. Difficult access, the desire to integrate the property into the site and the economic constraints of the project lead us to propose prefabricated units. Based on a framework of containers these elements are initially factory-built, checked and fully fitted out, then folded into kits to be shipped then assembled on site. The developed modules provide a unit consisting of a large room that opens onto a private outdoor area with pool, and linked to a private treatment and spa unit. These modular units are adapted in three types ranging between 90 and 180 m 2 to accommodate 2 to 8 people per unit. A shared spa also developed based on the same prefabricated elements.
