Located on the communal agricultural fringes, the plot, thanks to a relief of edge of plain, overlooks the historic village center. The landscape and the slope of the terrain dictated the layout of the uses. Being seen from afar, the new construction had to be thought of as part of the larger landscape.<\/p>\n

Inspired by agricultural architecture and the local climate, the project proposes a compact volume for a close relationship between form and material. The two entities of the program take roots in the slope.<\/p>\n

For a better control of the supply of natural light and to ensure a development that requires a more consistent height, the wine-growing activity was placed on the ground floor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
