{"id":2945,"date":"2025-01-27T12:40:18","date_gmt":"2025-01-27T11:40:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/krauss-architecturecom.etma3084.odns.fr\/ludwigsburg\/"},"modified":"2025-02-28T12:22:31","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T11:22:31","slug":"ludwigsburg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.krauss-architecture.com\/en\/ludwigsburg\/","title":{"rendered":"Hofe am Kaffeeberg, Ludwigsburg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our project is part of the urban logic of the old town following the orthogonal plan of the just nearby Baroque Castle of Ludwigsburg.<\/p>\n<p>The three new residential buildings located in the heart of plot, are connected each other by a system of plazas and walkways, which offers to it a greater porosity and a new attraction led by a program of cafes and galleries. The rehabilitation of the \u201cKafeehaus\u201d corner building that we propose, transforms this historical building into a new icon for the city. <\/p>\n<p>This metallic monolith takes is power on the original volume\u2019s template. Its image is based on a reinterpretation of the adjacent buildings facades in order to facilitate its integration. On the ground floor the new building hosts a Grand caf\u00e9 with transparency and large openings onto the inner gardens of the plot.
