Located in the angle of two quiet streets, the plot offers the possibility of opening on the city a series of fan-shaped series of collective housing units for students.
Inside the plot and overlooking a garden, those apartments are distributed by a generous passageway. These spaces become a real place of dialogue and meetings for the occupants.
The ground floor and the 4th floor propose additional shared spaces (co-learning and laundry). The common terrace, embedded in the slopes of the roof, can be reached by the passageway of the last level, favorite the exchanges and proposes a privileged space of relaxation.
Each dwelling is extended by an added light and thin metal balcony. It occupies the entire width of the large window of the living space.
A sliding all height opening drop off the limits between inside and outside, and enlarges in a way the room.
The units on the ground floor are inverted and get access directly from the street. They benefit from a privative terrace on the garden. At this level, the common shared spaces offer views of the garden from the street.
